Hiruma was originally born in Japan. Hiruma was given a high education and was known for being a devious little child. While he was in japan, his mother and father were arrested for stock fraud and were sent to jail for a long period of time. At the time, Hiruma was 15 years of age. Hiruma had the incredible ability to black mail people with his small book of secrets. Secrets he found out himself. He called it his Devil's Handbook. The young man also took a liking to computers, and hacking into systems in order to get things he truly wanted.

In his free time he played football, and even gambled in the back alley streets. He gained alot of winnings over the next few years, making a living off of it, since his parents were locked up half of the time. He also gained access to hand guns, grenades, rifles, and many more weapons. Where did he get these? He got them from breaking into an American army base. WHen he was caught, he challenged them to a game of poker. Thus, the answer to why he has many assortments of guns.

By using his wit and gambling money, Hiruma decided to move out of Japan at the age of 19, and flew to Italy. He found a comfy seat in the Monacello home, being a Consigliere. He uses his abilities to give the mafia information and assortments of ammunition to help them out.
